We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

For Any reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for return and refund.Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund,the return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable. (2).Return defective or damaged item received
If the item you have received is defective or damaged, contact our customer service at the first time and provide us with the photos or a video of the defective or damaged item. In this case, after our checking, we can give a full refund.
(3).Return incorrect & non-compatible item received
If the item you have received differs completely from the one you ordered or you got a non-compatible item with your device, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service and to provide us with the following proofs:
Photos or a video of the incorrect item;
Photos or a video showing the problem occurred with this product.
Returns and Compensation Process
PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
Step to Return
1.Pack the goods into the original box, Send the pictures of product barcode to us (email@example.com), ( the barcode is posted on the back of every item).
2.Send to the address as per the insruction in email.
3.When the goods are sent out, send us the shipment receipt and tracking number in time. (If you don't contact us, we can't help you deal with it. )
4.Our warehouse receives the goods to confirm not damaged and intact, and will refund you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
